What’s included:

This is a 40-minute phone consult to briefly discuss sleep-related issues. Upon booking the consult you will be required to complete a comprehensive intake form and send it back before the appointment.

During the call we will look at sleep history and concerns where I will conduct a brief sleep assessment, based on the information gathered I will provide personalised recommendations and guidance, followed by a written sleep assessment. I will be available for 1-1 text support after the call for 2 weeks.
